What we do.
We serve as registered agent in Cobb County, Georgia.
As registered agent, we simply receive and forward to you notices
that we receive on your behalf as your registered agent. A registered
agent is akin to a mailbox required by Georgia to make sure
a plaintiff can locate you.
How we forward notices to you.
Upon receipt of notices on your behalf, we scan the notice
into PDF format and email it to you. Additionally, if you
so indicate in your application for services, we will notify
you by fax and/our major courier.
Pricing & Term.
The annual fee is $150, payable upfront/nonrefundable. The
fee is not pro-rated for mid-year appointments. Our agreement,
as set forth in the Terms of Use automatically
renews for successive 12 month periods, unless you elect to
terminate the agreement at least 30 days prior to the expiration
of the current term. There is an additional charge for courier
or fax costs for those clients desiring delivery of notices
via those methods. There is no additional charge for notice
delivery via email of scanned versions of notices.
Methods of Payment.
We accept checks only, payable to “CGA Admin, LLC”.
You Appoint Us as Your Power of Attorney.
In order to facilitate a “one click” process for
you to appoint us as registered agent, the application you
complete grants CGA Admin a limited and revocable power of
attorney for the purposes of implementing your appointment.
Via this limited and revocable power of attorney, we have
the ability to sign documents on your behalf to consummate
the appointment as registered agent, including replacing your
old registered agent. We have no authority to otherwise bind
you in any way or incur any expenses on your behalf.
